Alice Zimmerman Seale is principal of Seale Realty Advisors, a firm dedicated to providing real estate, project leasing and investment sales services to both retailers and shopping-center developers across the country. Her clients have included jcpenney, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Lane Bryant, Anna’s Linens, Hancock Fabrics, Foot Locker, Stein Mart. and Just Brakes. Seale founded Seale Realty Advisors in 2009, after a long and successful real estate career with companies including ING Clarion Realty Services, Trammell Crow, First Hartford Realty, Blockbuster Video and Tuesday Morning. Her prior experience also includes real estate consulting for Zale Corp and Erwin Distributing. She began her career in major account sales with Eastman Kodak after earning her B.S. degree from the University of Mississippi.Seale was instrumental in both the conceptual development and leasing of an open-air specialty retail hybrid center along the Texas- Mexico border, and has managed development and leasing for stores located in specialty retail centers, on free-standing pads and in community centers. She has also managed real estate franchise transactions as well as leasing for a national wholesale trade center.A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, Seale chairs the program planning committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is co-chair of governing affairs for the Dallas chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is also founding chair of Smart Talk Smart Women, an annual luncheon and networking event for executives in retail commercial real estate nationwide. In addition, she is a frequent public speaker for real estate breakout sessions at trade shows.Seale, a dedicated community volunteer, currently serves on the facility committee for Girls Inc. and as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Her additional interests include golf, travel and entertaining.
