Albert Lewitinn is an Emmy Award and three-time Peabody Award winning digital media and television executive of non-scripted programming in the United States, Europe, and South America. Having just recently left MTV and VH1 as Head of Live Programming, he re-launched Total Request Live (TRL) with content that made it MTV’s largest social-media. franchise and MTV’s youngest linear demo. Prior to MTV, he was Head of Live Programming and Executive Producer for CBS NEWS’s 24/7 OTT news service, CBSN, responsible for all content and successfully led the platform to becoming a powerhouse streaming property for CBS. Some other career highlights include: Executive Producer for CNBC, CNN, HLN, and CNBC Europe; Senior Supervising Producer at “Good Morning America”; Supervising Producer of Phil Donahue’s show; producing Yahoo’s largest livestream event; leading AOL’s branded content studio, and creating and producing shows worldwide for ITV, France2, Sat.1, ProSieben, RTL4, and Israel2, SBT Brazil, Red Peru, and CTC Russia.
