Aaron Del Duca is the VP, Microbiome Platform at DayTwo. In this capacity, he leads Discovery efforts and alliance-management, leveraging the world’s largest metagenomics dataset linked to clinical parameters.. Aaron has spent 15+ years in the life science tools and technologies sector developing medical devices and services to democratize access. to omics information at scale. Most recently, he was VP Technology at DNA Genotek (acquired by OraSure) and launched their Microbiome Program in 2014. Aaron led that division through 5 consecutive years of triple digit growth, and expanded it through M&A (CoreBiome, Diversigen) to include lab and computational services. Aaron has a degree in molecular biology from McMaster, studied Autism Genetics at Queen’s and has had the privilege to help grow companies recognized as Technology Pioneers by the World Economic Forum.
