Adam has over 20 years’ experience as an Engineer and Manager across organisations such as JDR Cable Systems, Agusta Westland, and SEA (Systems Engineering & Assessment) and has worked in and led teams of ~20 people, supporting all aspects of commercial and sales activities across multiple different business areas and geographies. Adam has a. broad portfolio, having conducted engineering, legal, project management and cost estimation to deliver and win contracts worth over £30M.. Joining Repositive in 2017, Adam’s current focus is defining robust business processes to enhance operational effectiveness, which will support business scaling and commercialisation plans.
