Adam joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2016 and primarily focuses on venture and growth-stage investments in financial technology and services.. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Adam led an operations team at Uber in NYC. He was responsible for improving the quality, efficiency, and performance of the driver partner base. Before Uber, Adam was. a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients on strategic investments and growth opportunities in the healthcare, telecom, and technology industries. Adam graduated magna cum laude from UPenn with a degree in Neurobiology. He is originally from Boston, MA, but grew up in both Munich and London. In his free time, Adam is an avid backcountry skier and also enjoys kitesurfing.
