Alma Maciuliene has got over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling functions out of which 8 have been in the real estate sector. She has previously worked for Telia Sonera and real estate group BPTAM, where she held the position of COO. Since 2012 she has been overseeing the entire financial administration function of Apex Capital. Partners, a Russia-focused investment platform, including a full restructuring and refinancing of Arista SICAV-SIF, a Luxembourg regulated Real Estate Fund with assets in Moscow. Ms. Maciuliene has a BA and a Masters in Finance from Vilnius University as well as an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School.
