Over the last 20 years, Adele has gained significant experience in real estate tax, financing, accounting and operations, tax planning and structuring, corporate and project budgeting, and financial due diligence for major acquisitions. This depth and breadth of experience have made Adele an invaluable contributor to the execution of Forum’s. business plan.. Prior to Forum, Adele worked in senior finance roles for a major Canadian commercial developer where she held overall financial responsibility for more than six million square feet of mixed-use commercial real estate with a market value in excess of $400 million. Adele has an Honours BA from University of Toronto’s Victoria College. She graduated with distinction from U of T’s Rotman School of Management, earning a diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting. Adele is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
