Amin has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, advertising, digital and online media, management and business development. He is a Founder and Director at Boloro Global Limited, and as a serial entrepreneur, has successfully launched offline and online marketing communications agencies.. His career in digital began in 1999 at Digitas, a. leading global interactive agency which was subsequently bought by Publicis globally. He spent six years at their Boston head office, where he was consultant to a number of clients including General Motors, XM Satellite Radio and AARP (a membership organization that serves over 30MM+ retired Americans aged 50+). His area of expertise was integrated marketing strategy and analytics with a core focus on the emerging digital space and business model development for strategic marketing alliances.. In 2005, he was recruited as Director of Marketing at Athenahealth, a high-growth US based company providing cloud-based health information solutions. Athenahealth was recently listed as #4 on the Forbes Fast Tech 25 list of companies in the US, and was named one of the Top 50 most innovative companies in the world by MIT’s Technology Review.. Amin’s role was to help the company grow through expansion into new segments and to evolve its marketing function. As part of the leadership team, he was a key driver and advisor to the founders of the company in shaping the overall brand and marketing strategy.. Amin began his career in advertising at J. Walter Thompson, Singapore, in 1993, and later joined the family’s advertising agency, Asiatic, in Pakistan.. Amin has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Boston University with a major in Marketing and an MBA from Babson College, USA. His team was the recipient of the Douglass Prize for winning Babson’s 1999 business plan competition.
