Alex qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995, having completed his training with Grant Thornton, dealing predominantly with auditing. Alex joined the Dixcart Group in the UK in 1995 and subsequently moved to the Channel Islands in 1999 where he became a director of Dixcart Trust Corporation Limited and Dixcart Group.. Alex’s work for clients. focuses mainly on family governance, estate planning, wealth management and a number of property related structures and investments vehicles. Alex works with clients administered in a number of our offices and acts as a director on a number of client companies providing professional and commercial advice and ensuring the management of the companies is dealt with effectively and efficiently where professional directors are required. Alex also works at a group level dealing with the group’s treasury and management functions and ongoing strategic growth plans.. In his spare time Alex has a keen interest in rugby, watching rather than playing these days, hiking and overseeing the management of Stocks Hotel in Sark.
