Aditya has joined the company as "Head of Operations” and is responsible for all the aspects of operations including P&L of all Talwalkar health clubs. He is a graduate from IIHM Aurangabad, India’s most prestigious Hotel Management Institute and has worked with Taj Coromandel Chennai & Taj President, Mumbai. Subsequently he moved to. USA where he worked for 6 years at Aramark Corp, ranked as the 23rd largest employer on the Fortune 500. He has hardcore fitness industry experience as Director of Operations at Equinox Fitness, USA, where he was responsible for all operational activities of 6 clubs, generating annual revenue of Rs 320 Cr (US$ 50 million). On his return to India he worked for a year with "Fitness First", as Operations Director – India. Just before joining Talwalkars, he successfully launched & established his take-away restaurant in Gurgaon “Midnight Cravings Beyond Control”
