He has led many successful IT Service Management and IT Governance projects for large private sector and government organizations, where he managed IT Service Desk. deployments, ITIL process improvements, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 management system implementations & provided business reorganization consulting. Adil received his Master of Computer Engineering degree from Florida.
