Adam has worked in the IT industry for 31 years and has built extensive experience in IT services, support and project delivery. He originally started as an Engineer responsible for the support and maintenance of a wide range of technologies across a large customer base before progressing into a management role. Adam has held management roles. since 1998; the roles held include: Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Head of Professional Services and Head of Delivery.
