Adam Pressman joined Sirota in March of 2012 to help expand Sirota’s business and global presence. He currently is overseeing Sirota’s business in the Americas region. He has over 18 years of experience in business development, and leadership and organizational effectiveness consulting. Prior to Sirota, he worked with Heidrick & Struggles to. provide executive assessment, leadership succession, and coaching services to large, multi-national businesses. Adam’s clients have been spread across industries and geographies with significant depth at the senior most levels in large global businesses including healthcare, industrial, technology, transportation and logistics, financial services, technology, utilities, medical devices, energy and resources sectors. Adam also has 11 years of experience with The Gallup Organization where he helped create and build the firm’s employee engagement practice. At Gallup, he advised many large, multi-national organizations on issues related to improving employee and customer engagement, as well as talent selection and development, and led many firm-wide practice development and transformation efforts. For a 3 year period, Adam led Gallup’s Asia-Pacific P&L for all the firm’s services while being based in Sydney, Australia. Adam has an MBA, in Marketing and International Business from The Ohio State University and a BA in Marketing from The University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
