Amit Sinha serves as MHK’s Senior Vice President of Product and Process Execution, with responsibility of overseeing all aspects of product delivery from streamlining processes through agile methodologies, building product specifications, configurations, quality testing, automation and standardizing release management lifecycle. Under his. leadership, this group accelerated product innovation and reduced costs for MHK customers.. Amit brings more than 21 years of progressive leadership experience to MHK. Prior to MHK, Amit served as Executive Director of IT with PMSI where he led an end-to-end pharmacy benefit manager platform serving all workers’ compensation clients. Before PMSI, Amit held various senior management positions with WellCare where he was responsible for member-provider portal and interactive voice response strategy for real-time claims processing, claims status and authorizations, member enrollment, pharmacy mail-order, and other critical healthcare functions.. Amit holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Delhi Institute of Technology.
