Adam Tate Fless (Menlo Park) joined KKR Capstone in July 2010 as a specialist in Direct Materials Procurement. Prior to joining KKR Capstone he was a director with AlixPartners working in performance improvement situations with challenged companies and full turnaround situations with distressed companies. Prior to that, he was with A.T. Kearney. working on broad margin improvement projects for global clients. He holds an Honors B.A. in Economics and International Trade from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and an M.B.A. from London Business School (U.K.).
