Adam joined XPV Water Partners in 2015. Adam’s background consulting in the Nuclear Energy sector allows him to feel at home working with the often technical nature of our partner companies. With an eye for innovation and strategic direction, Adam enjoys working with our partners and potential partners alike to achieve growth and reach their goals.. Prior to joining XPV, Adam was a Consultant with Southern Cross Management Services Inc. At Southern Cross, Adam advised clients throughout the planning phase of high CapEx projects in the Nuclear Energy sector and conducted financial analysis for litigation support and dispute resolution. Adam’s experience includes advising clients on commercial strategy and project management oversight initiatives, assessing risk exposure, and conducting various financial and operational analysis.. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Finance, from Wilfrid Laurier University. Adam has completed the CFA Level 1 exam.
