Silent screen comedian, first with Keystone (1915) and Mutual (1917). During the 1920's, he worked variously for Universal, Selznick, Realart, Pathe and Educational. His career was irreparably damaged after he was arrested on a charge of drug possession in 1920. Subsequently, he was rarely seen in anything but bit parts and walk-ons.
