Aaron Belville currently serves as Chief People Officer for Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. He leads the Human Resources function for all of the company’s corporate and international employees and is also responsible for HR Shared Services, Administrative Services, HR Operations and Executive Staffing. Aaron joined Dollar General in. 2008 and has held roles of increasing responsibility since that time in dispute resolution, employee relations, compensation and retail HR.. Aaron was previously responsible for all HR generalist activities for Comdata and Stored Value Solutions, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company based in Minneapolis. Before pursuing a career in Human Resources, Aaron was a licensed attorney in Michigan where his practice focused on representing employers in employment law matters. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in government and public administration from Lipscomb University, a law degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Mississippi.
