Ahmad Shams is the founder and Chairman of Merex Inc., a major international logistics company that manufactures aircrafts components around the world.In his spare time Shams gives back to the community by participating in various local non-profits. Shams is the vice-chairman of Regenerate, a Paul Harris Fellow and manages the Shams Foundation, a. medium for funding various charitable and non-profit organizations.. Shams has held membership in Rotary International, Donor’s Circle and served as a board member of the International Society of Children with Cancer (ISCC); a southern California based non-profit in affiliation with Mahak Hospital for children with cancer in Iran.Prior to the establishment of Merex, Shams represented a major French development company in Iran.
