Amira Atallah, CPA, is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and a non-voting member of the Investment Committee. Ms. Atallah joined ePlanet in 2009 and is located in the Silicon Valley office. She contributes to ePlanet's global strategy and business initiatives and is responsible for worldwide financial operations, tax reporting and. compliance, treasury, investment review and analysis, corporate infrastructure and administration.. Ms. Atallah’s prior experience includes seven years at Deloitte Tax LLP where she focused on private equity entities, working with firms in the buyout, venture capital and real estate segments. She began her career with eight years at Arthur Andersen in the tax advisory group, with a dual focus in corporate tax and high net worth family groups.
