As an Executive Board Member for Organization and Strategy, Alexander Sixt will assume responsibility for the divisions Group Strategy, M&A, Central Purchasing and Procurement, Process Management as well as the new mobility. services such as DriveNow. In addition, he will be responsible for the global human resources division, as well as the management of all shared service and administration functions.. Since June 2009 Mr. Sixt has been Head of Corporate Development of SIXT SE. In that role he is responsible for all company strategy and M&A projects as well as the corporate efficiency programs.. Prior to joining SIXT, Mr. Sixt was as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger´s restructuring competence center focussing on distressed financing within the automotive and industrial sector. Prior to that Mr. Sixt was a member of Deutsche Bank´s M&A Department in London.. Mr. Sixt received a master's degree (M.Sc. Hons.) in corporate finance and accounting from the City University (London) as well as a Diplom-Kaufmann and a Diplome de Grande Ecole from the ESCP (Paris) with distinction.
