Allyson Norfleet is a seasoned IT professional who specializes in leading large, complex global programs in a matrixed environment. Having worked for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Allyson has managed project teams around the world. She currently is an IT executive director for Verizon Enterprise Solutions, which provides innovative products. and solutions for businesses and governments.. In that role, Allyson is responsible for a wide range of areas such as a global portfolio management office, global deals, federal and wholesale account management teams, federal systems development, and an end-to-end quality assurance team. With the goal of delivering value quicker and more efficiently, Allyson also co-leads the global Agile transition initiative for VES, overseeing development that will scale the organization’s Agile practices by leveraging automation introduced through DevOps.. Previously, Allyson led transformation program offices for the Verizon Rapid Delivery and System Consolidation initiatives.
