Alon has vast experience in negotiating and drafting agreements for the research and development, licensing, manufacturing, sale and other commercialization of software, biotechnology and pharmaceutical products, medical devices, medical systems, and multimedia and entertainment products.. In 1994, after completing his law studies at the Hebrew University, Alon served as a clerk for the Israeli Supreme Court Justice, the Honorable Dalia Dorner. Since 1997, Alon has been with the firm, starting as associate and becoming partner in 2002. Between the years 2000-2002, Alon served as general counsel to Viryanet Ltd., an Israeli software company, which went public on the Nasdaq in 2000.
