She has worked with clients in various stages of growth, including venture capital and private equity-backed companies.. Prior to joining Heidrick, Alexis spent over five years with boutique retained executive search firms. Alexis was mainly focused on recruiting C-level executives to technology and services companies, and was also responsible for Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Alliances.. Alexis graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and completed her MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles – Anderson School of Management.
