Alex Ramirez is a Managing Director at Citi in the Global Communications investment banking group. He has acted as an advisor on a wide range of transactions during his career, including both M&A and debt and equity capital markets transactions. Currently, Alex leads the global coverage of clients in the data center and cloud industries and is. responsible for managing key infrastructure fund relationships. He was named one of TMT Finance's 2019 Top 10 Comms M&A Dealmakers. During his 15 year career at Citi, Alex has also worked in Citi’s Asia Pacific Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking team based in Hong Kong and in the Equity Capital Markets division. Alex received a BA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
