Alan Wang is President of China Development Financial Holdings (CDF) and serves roles as director of CDF and Chairman of China Life. Alan has proven corporate management experience of over 35 years in the financial and particularly insurance sectors. Since joining China Life in 2003, he oversaw the company achieve breakthroughs in performance and. expand total assets by 11.3x, net worth by 10.3x and net income by 29x over the 15 years. During his tenure at China Life, the company merged the Taiwan branch of Winterthur Life and local operations of PCA Life Assurance. Moreover, it gained a foothold in China by cofounding CCB Life with China Construction Bank, the world’s second largest bank.
