Amberin Memon joined Hexaware in 1997. She brings vast leadership and multicultural experience of over 25 years in the industry during which she has managed delivery and operations and the human resource function as well as supported sales in business development initiatives. She now leads and drives all the human capital development programs. across Hexaware. Prior to her current role, Amberin was the group head for the healthcare and insurance practice. She was instrumental for the growth of healthcare and insurance practice and has steered delivery operations across the globe. Her in-depth knowledge of various technologies and people management skills have helped her in this role.Organization team building and restructuring, change management, aligning HR to business, culture building, and HR metrics are some of the core strengths she has built as a member of senior management teams for over 25 years.Prior to joining Hexaware, Amberin worked with Advance Computer Services and as an IBM platform consultant. Amberin holds a postgraduate diploma in computer science.
