Abby Adlerman serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Boardspan Inc. a new integrated platform that helps boards of directors with composition and other pressing issues. Abby Adlerman serves as Advisor of ApplePie Capital, Inc. She was employed at Russell Reynolds Associates as Area Manager for its San Francisco office. Abby Adlerman. joined Russell Reynolds Associates as Managing Director and is responsible for managing executive officer and Board level searches in the Northwest as well as nationally. She also serves as the head of operations for the San Francisco office. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Abby Adlerman was Managing Director at Perseus Group, an investment banking firm, where she led transactions in the consumer and e-commerce space. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Visualize, Inc. She has 25 years of executive leadership experience in board advisory, talent assessment/search and investment banking. She was the President and Chief Executive Officer of NextMonet, a multi-channel company selling artwork to consumers and businesses. Previously, she held multiple senior roles at Hambrecht & Quist (now JP Morgan Chase), including Managing Director and Head of the Consumer Practice and founder and Head of the Private Placement Practice. She serves as a Director of ApplePie Capital, Inc. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Wild Planet, Inc. Abby Adlerman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College and her Masters in Public & Private Management from Yale University.
