Amanda Pratt is an Executive Director of Avoca. She has particular responsibility for the shops and the design of the clothing range sold within them. The company currently employs over 600 people and is expanding rapidly.. She was Lead Entrepreneur on the pilot and second cycle of “Going for Growth”, an initiative funded by the Equality for. Women Measure 2010 – 2013 and Enterprise Ireland, to support women who are serious about growing their businesses and are owner managers of a business which has been trading for at least two years. She maintains her connection with “Going for Growth” through her membership of the advisory panel.
