As Managing Director of SKAI Residency, he also oversees the operations of its deluxe serviced apartment complex in The Greens, Dubai, which offers over 117 serviced-apartments for short-term and long-term stay. As Chief Strategist for SKAI Holdings he also explores potential investment opportunities for the group. He is also the brainchild behind SKAI Holdings' unique investor model for the Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah, which enabled buyers to purchase hotel rooms in the development before leasing them back to the operator..
