Elected in 2010 a member of the Council of Coordination Center for TLD RU. Since 2011 till 2014 he had been RU-CENTER CEO, the leading Russian domain name registrar and one of the biggest hosting providers. Alexander Panov has an MBA degree in Enterprise and Company Management.
