Allison Mullis

Allison Mullis was named Bell Helicopter’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources in January 2016. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including developing employee engagement and executing the talent strategy of growing internal talent and promoting from within. Her energetic leadership style, hands-on approach. and passion for people help position Bell Helicopter as an employer of choice in aerospace and defense.. Prior to joining Bell Helicopter, Allison was a member of the leadership team at Textron Systems Marine and Land Systems where she oversaw Human Resources and developed an employment strategy that increased recruitment and inclusiveness while aligning the function to long-term business objectives. Allison joined Textron in 2014 from CB&I, a global energy infrastructure company, where she was the director of Human Resources for the Plant Services Division. Formerly, she served as a Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Department of the Navy where she worked on long-term strategic planning, defense budgeting, and ship acquisition.. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and two Bachelor’s degrees from Louisiana State University in Microbiology and Occupational Therapy. She has a broad range of experience working in manufacturing and defense sectors and brings nearly two decades of business acumen to her role.. Allison serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Tarrant County and guides Bell Helicopter’s philanthropic efforts as a member of the Corporate Giving Executive Committee.. When she’s not leading the thousands of Bell Helicopter employees, developing talent and implementing best practices in the business, Allison enjoys running, yoga and reading.
