Alise Mullins brings extensive experience in recruiting and staff and office management to LifeSize, where she has been instrumental in building the employee base from the ground up. As VP of Human Resources, Alise is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, plans and programs for LifeSize offices worldwide. Before. joining LifeSize in March 2003, Alise was founder and president of the Mullins Company, a technical search firm in Austin. Alise also held senior recruiting positions at two of Austin's finest recruiting firms: Pedley Richard and Associates and Lehman Associates International, in which she managed some of the firms’ most successful accounts.
