Mr. Holmes has a proven ability in identifying and realizing new opportunities. He leads business development for Oxygen Capital, Pilot Gold and True Gold, and is a winner of Business In Vancouver's 2014 Forty Under 40. Mr. Holmes was previously Vice President, Investment Banking for NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. and a key member of the. firm’s Mining Team. As Vice President with PI Financial Corp. (2003-2010), he successfully led, co-led or managed hundreds of mining financing mandates and many successful M&A transactions in the mining sector. Prior to this, Mr. Holmes worked with a London, UK based investment bank. Mr. Holmes earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2005 and has a M.Sc. in Investment Management, graduating with Distinction from Cass Business School in London.
