Aimee Greenholtz is executive vice president and co-founder of KeyVive. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was 23 years old, Ms. Greenholtz has lived with the disease for more than 19 years. Knowing first-hand the importance of quality care and diabetes education, Ms. Greenholtz continues to dedicate her time to supporting those affected by. this disease.. Having joined the American Diabetes Association (ADA) as a volunteer in 1999, Ms. Greenholtz served as vice president on the board of directors for the San Fernando Valley chapter. She has spent many years as a board member and public relations practitioner with a focus on school awareness initiatives for the organization. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in Salt Lake City.. In 2001, Aimee Greenholtz established a teen program, Kids Rock The World (KRTW) for the ADA in Los Angeles. KRTW’s mission is to empower children with diabetes to take control and promote courage and confidence in improving their lives. The program operates in Park City, Utah and Los Angeles, California. KRTW is currently a Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) co-sponsored/branded event with KeyVive.
