Alexander Stoeckel is Director for Venture Capital at Philip Morris International (PMI) in Lausanne, heading the PMI corporate venture capital team at PM Equity Partner (https://www.pmequitypartner.com/).. Alexander has an academic background in international business & administration. He studied International Management at the. European Business School (ebs) and the International School of Management (ISM), and he holds an MBA from the University of Oxford (2006). He started his career in 2001 as a fund-of-fund manager at the private bank Hauck & Aufhaeuser and then joined KPMG in 2002 as personal assistant to the Global Managing Partner for Tax. After his MBA, Alexander started to work at the Swiss-based venture capital firm BrainsToVentures (b-to-v) as an Investment Manager in 2007. He was appointed as Principal in 2012, Partner in 2013, and Board Member in 2014.. Alexander acts as guest lecturer for MBA & EMBA courses hosted at the university of St.Gallen (Switzerland).
