Alan Patrick is responsible for national and and international sales plans at Biorna Quantics. A lifelong sportsman, he competed in judo from a young age and was selected for the British judo team. Alan has a BSc in Biology from the University of Manchester and is especially interested in the relationship between athletic performance and nutrition.. Today, Alan's main sporting interests are Brazilian jiu-jitsu and competitive powerlifting.. Before joining Biorna Quantics Alan specialized in medical technology sales. At Medtronic in the UK he developed large-scale projects to improve patient outcomes and initiatives that saved the NHS money and improved efficiency. After moving to Karl Storz Endoscopy he worked on multimillion pound projects including managed service solutions that revolutionised operating theatre efficiency.. Alan's professional experience of the growing pressures on hospitals and healthcare services forged a conviction that healthcare should be preventative, progressive and embrace current technology. He believes people should not have to settle for feeling "not ill" and prefers to focus on helping people to achieve optimal health and performance.
