Ally creates digital that does good and founded Hoxton United (an agile brand discovery agency) to fund, along with big-name industry sponsors, the Brixton Finishing School for Digital Talent. The school (a not for profit) is free, full time, 12-week 'accelerator' for 18/25 year-olds from underrepresented backgrounds. It delivers. 'work ready' entry-level digital talent (who in turn deliver their sponsor's competitive advantage as diverse teams produce better outcomes). TIn her spare time she dreams of owning a pair dogs called Trevor and Colonel Mustard. One day this will be a reality.
