Alison manages office administration, operations, investor relations, and works closely with the Managing Partners.. Alison, a native of Mackay, Queensland, moved to the U.S. in 2000. She is an avid traveler, and attended school in Mackay, North Queensland where she studied Early Childhood Education at the Central Queensland University (CQU.). Before coming to the U.S., she held an administrative position at BHP (now BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance) one of the world’s largest export coal terminals, in Queensland Australia. In 2005, she joined ORYXE Energy International, a SAIL portfolio company, as Executive Assistant to Walter Schindler, who was acting interim Chairman and CEO at the time. After that, she remained and supported the new CEO and CFO and her responsibilities included numerous HR and administrative functions at ORYXE Energy. She joined SAIL in January 2009.
