As an Associate at Brook, Amit works closely with several of our portfolio companies to help with their financial reporting, analysis, and planning. He also assists in evaluating strategic acquisition opportunities for our portfolio companies as they arise.. Academically, Amit has received his BA from Bentley University, his MBA from the. University of Rochester, and has completed all three levels of the CFA exam. Professionally, he has held corporate finance positions at Liberty Mutual, Constellation Brands, and Remy Cointreau, with responsibilities primarily focused in FP&A and Corporate Development.
