Alissa joined the SPARK staff in 2013 as the Events Manager. She works closely with Entrepreneurial Services to coordinate monthly events aimed at assisting start-ups and early entrepreneurs. She also helps coordinate some of SPARK's larger annual and bi-annual events such as the Accelerate Michigan Innovation Competition, Entrepreneur Boot. Camp, Annual Collaboration for Entrepreneurship, and Annual Meeting. Alissa also handles all sponsorship requests and enjoys attending area events.. Some of the recurring events that Alissa manages include OpenCoffee, Selling Smart, BioArbor, and Starting Your Own Business, which can all be found on the SPARK events calendar page.. Alissa graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Winter 2012.
