Abhishek Sinha ("Abhi") serves as the Chief People and Operations Officer (CPOO) for KPIT.In this role, he is responsible for architecting an organization structure that fosters distributed leadership with a view to manage operations at an ever-larger scale. He is also responsible for designing, rolling out and governing processes and. frameworks for delivery and operations excellence and practice development processes across the organization. Abhi has over two decades of experience in business leadership roles in Engineering and IT services.. His key strengths are making businesses competitive through strategy formulation and execution, operational excellence and talent leadership. Prior to the CPOO role, Abhi headed the Product Engineering Services (PES) business at KPIT. His responsibilities included strategy & business planning for the KPIT's Engineering Services that has a deep-seated innovation culture.
