Aki Järvilehto has close to 20 years of industry experience working in operative, executive and board positions in software, technology and games companies. He has founded and raised capital for a number of start-ups and closed transactions and trade sales worth more than 50 million euros during his career. He is an active member of Finnish game. industry belonging to boards of organizations such as IGDA Ry, Neogames Ry, and advisory board of Tekes Skene – Games Refueled program.. Right now he is taking a sabbatical year and enjoying time with his family. Before his sabbatical he was executive vice president at Remedy Entertainment, one of world’s leading independent game developers, where he was responsible for company’s digital distribution and self publishing and has launched games such as Alan Wake, Death Rally and Alan Wake’s American Nightmare on multiple platforms.
