He was responsible. for defining and launching Broadcom's 3G baseband solutions globally, as well as leading the business development activity for the entire wireless product portfolio in the North American market.. Prior to Broadcom, Abhishek spent 3 years at Qualcomm in both engineering and technical account management roles, and built and drove the Apple engagement. Through his career, he has been responsible for growing existing market share as well as driving new business in the mobile, wireless connectivity, connected home, touch controllers, nano-technology and telecom middleware verticals.. He recently returned back to India from the US, and before joining eInfochips, was India country head for WSO2.Telco where he spearheaded the launch of a revolutionary digital services offering with all major telcos.. Abhishek has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He did his Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology in Ahmedabad.. Abhishek is an avid sports enthusiast and regularly plays tennis and badminton.
