Ms. Ambrose is General Counsel for Acumen Solutions, where, as the chief risk officer, she overseas corporate transactions, contracts, the legal aspects of human resources, business continuity and litigation. Previously, she was a Director in the Strategic Services Practice at Acumen Solutions, concentrating on financial and strategic investments. in telecommunications companies, including due diligence and integration planning. Prior to joining Acumen Solutions, she was the General Counsel for Picus Communications. She began her career as an investment banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions division of McDonald Investments in Cleveland Ohio.. Affie earned her BA from the University of Virginia and her MBA and JD degrees from Case Western Reserve University. She is an avid runner who has completed 18 marathons, countless triathlons and two IronMan races.
