Alok Bhushan is a seasoned CFO with 15+ years experience leading finance, legal, and people functions while scaling software and consumer businesses through periods of hyper growth to $250MM+ in annual sales. He has broad transactional experience, including multiple rounds of equity financing for $120MM+, and has been the internal lead for M&A. transactions on both the buy- and sell-side. He was also part of the team that built Yext and took it public at a valuation of $1B+ on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to Yext, he spent several years on Wall Street in index arbitrage and quantitative finance. Alok Bhushan graduated with high honors from Harvard University with a bachelor's in economics and a master's in computer science.
