Mr. Alan R. Bender is a Co-Founder at Trilogy Equity Partners. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, a General Counsel, and a Secretary at T-Mobile USA Inc. since May 3, 1999. Mr. Bender was an Executive Vice President and a Secretary of Western Wireless until July 2000 and was a General Counsel of Western Wireless until February. 2000. From 1990 to May 1999, he held various positions with Western Wireless and VoiceStream and their respective predecessors, including a Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary since 1994. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Bender served as a Vice President and Senior Counsel of a subsidiary of PacifiCorp Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Aventail Corporation. Mr. Bender practiced law in private firms for over nine years. He received a B.A. degree from Washington University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
