Adam Ferguson is Vice President & General Counsel of Mimeo.com. As Vice President, Adam is responsible for the Corporate Services unit in which he provides leadership and vision for human resources, learning and development, communications, travel, employee safety and facilities & real estate.. In his role as General Counsel, Adam. oversees all of Mimeo’s legal activities worldwide through consultation, negotiation and advisement on strategic partnerships, acquisitions and compliance issues.. Prior to joining Mimeo, Adam was as an associate attorney with the law firm Williams McDaniel in Memphis, Tennessee. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Mississippi School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Mississippi School of Business.
