He launched many new service offerings at OMD including the industry-lauded Ignition Factory (creative media),. Airwave (mobile), OMD Word (social), and the Content Collective. During his tenure, OMD had five years of record-breaking growth, winning over 30 new accounts and adding almost 500 employees..
