Yngvild Støen Grotmol is a Norwegian actress and singer. She grew up in Oslo and San Francisco and has lived in the Dominican Republic, where she learned Spanish, NYC, LA and London. She works with theatre, musical, cabaret, film and TV and is also a professional jazz singer. She works in Scandinavia and internationally. She is known for Izzat (2005), Seks som oss (2007), Upperdog (2009) Schmokk (2011), Øyevitne (2014), Trio Cybergullet (2015), Herrens veje/Ride upon the storm (2017/2018) and the feature film: Alle utlendinger har lukka gardiner (2020), where she was nominated for the Amanda awards in the category "best supporting actress". Yngvild played one of the main characters in Jarl Emsell Larsen's award-winning Norwegian Tv-series "Øyevitne". In Denmark she's known for her character in award-winning TV-series "Herrens Veje" aka ride upon the storm. Yngvild has the lead role in the Netflix-series "The Lørenskog disappearance" which will air fall 2022.
